It's been a bit too long since I was able to stop and sculpt. The week has been full of work and an exam, so I was happy to get out for a few hours to photograph my last sculpture. I need to catch up and photograph about five characters that haven't seen the light of day.
In order to get the photograph, Marc and I spent well over an hour for the right location, stepping over poison ivy and climbing on wet, rotting trees. A few of the poses to get the photographs left me unable to breathe while pressing myself between the tree limbs, and I even attempted to use Marc as tripod.
Lesson learned – always bring the tall tripod as well as the little ones.
